Lisa began her real estate career in 1994 in Morristown, New Jersey. She achieved the “New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award” in her first full year in real estate. President’s Circle award, several “Agent of the Month” awards and Coldwell Banker Mortgage Premier Agent status were all part of her achievements during her 12-year sales agent career at Coldwell Banker.
The culture and learning based environment of Keller Williams drew her to a new career path as a productivity Coach at the KW South Tampa office, and she developed an absolute passion around helping agents grow their businesses. When the depth of the real estate recession hit, she expanded her training by traveling to multiple offices within the “Chadwick Group.” Real Trends, listed “The Chadwick Group” as one of only 11 companies nationwide that grew from 2008-2011.
From 2011 to 2019 Lisa served as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Brandon market center. The office grew from 116 Agents to 413 at the end of 2018. Keller Williams Brandon was the #1 office for profitability in the state of Florida for several years and ranked as the #22 Keller Williams office in the nation in 2018.
2019 began a new adventure when Lisa launched an independent consulting company. She now travels around the country sharing her productivity and organization systems for small businesses and independent contractors. Lisa Spencer Consulting was born from a desire to create a business that will fulfill her personal mission:
